Who is the membership for?

The Key Achievers Club is our online membership, which brings together a community of aspiring UK property investors who are trying to get their first few deals over the line.

Some investors seem to get lots of deals done quickly - whether it's buying and refurbishing properties (and keeping or flipping them), sourcing properties, commercial or land deals or higher cash flowing strategies such as serviced accommodation or HMOs.

Other people go at their own slower pace which may suit them perfectly. Or it could be due to time constraints (such as family or work commitments), gaps in knowledge, still growing in confidence in the property investing world, lack of power team contacts to help get those deals over the line, health issues or simply that if you're investing on your own, it's a lonely journey so these tings can take time.

If you can relate to any of these points above, then our Club is the supportive membership that gives you the consistent weekly momentum to keep taking action so you can achieve those first few deals that you've been dreaming about for so long.

What's the main purpose of this membership?

This membership brings together a community of aspiring UK property investors who are trying to get their first few deals over the line. We support them to take consistent, weekly action so you are accountable to achieve your goals, and we address issues that hold us back (procrastination, time management, negotiations skills etc.), so that you can achieve your property and lifestyle goals.

Our sole purpose is to support you in your property journey, through consistent accountability, online check-ins and meet-ups with other like-minded property investors. Together, we have your back!

How much does it cost to join?

Monthly: Pay £64 a month for as long as you're a member. You can cancel anytime.

Annual: £640. Join for a full 12 months and get 2 months free (includes a 30 day free trial).

*You can switch to £64 per month after the first year (locking in your original membership price range).

Price will increase for future membership enrolments, however as long as you remain member, you will lock in your membership rate (and your price will not increase).

I'm already overwhelmed. Won't this just make it worse?

Many property investors are overwhelmed because they have taken on too much, or because they lack clarity on their direction.

There are many reasons, such as:

juggling too many deals that are not yielding results,
trying to do too many property strategies at the same time (and getting nowhere fast),

2) We are not a property training company. If you need property training, there are many companies in the UK offering this. This is not our business model - we are here for our members as the backbone, or the golden thread, supporting our members with other expert training sessions, what many property training companies don't provide. Such as:

Managing overwhelm,
Managing finance for your business,
Negotiation skills,
Time management for busy investors, and many more.

3) You get tailored support with monthly themes, specifically on hidden topics that can hold you back. We'll survey our members asking what gaps (whether skills or knowledge) so we can bring in guest speakers, all based on direct feedback from our community.
